Timothy McCabe offers over two decades of experience in engineering and construction on a variety of building types and sizes, including both ground-up and renovation projects for institutional, healthcare, multi-family, and commercial clients. As senior project manager, his primary goal is to supervise construction activities and ensure that client needs are being met throughout the project. Other responsibilities include the development of cost estimates and schedules, permit guidance and acquisition, subcontractor procurement, and appropriation of materials. Tim uses his unique problem-solving skills to drive projects to completion with an efficient and direct approach that delivers cost-effective results for our project owners.
Tim joined Kaplan after 17 years at Turner Construction, serving as MEP project manager for various large, high-profile projects such as the ground-up construction of Harvard University’s Science and Engineering Complex and Vertex Pharmaceutical’s global headquarters on Fan Pier in Boston.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in power plants and facilities engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, holds a Construction Supervisors License (MA CSL), and is OSHA certified.
