Ashenafi Woldegiorgis joins Kaplan’s field staff with over 10 years of construction experience. In his day-to-day role as superintendent, Ashu is responsible for supervising all stages of construction projects, while overseeing jobsite safety, meeting timeline goals, securing materials and resources, assessing subcontractor performance, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Prior to joining Kaplan, Ashu was a superintendent for Turner Construction, overseeing the construction of several high-rise office buildings in Boston.
Ashu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural technology from Adama University in Adama, Ethiopia and an associate degree in building construction technology from the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in Boston. Ashu is also proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM. He is OSHA certified.
