Zachary Sturgis developed a passion for construction at an early age, driven by a desire for a career that would allow him to spend time outside. While studying construction management in college, Zach’s love for the industry solidified as he explored and experienced the uniqueness of different projects.
As senior project manager, Zach is responsible for scope development, schedule management, material and subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and working closely with all project stakeholders. Zach shines in his exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to foster strong connections with owners and subcontractors that extend beyond individual projects.
Zach brings a large range of experience including high-rise hospitality, multi-family, aviation, and commercial tenant improvements. He previously worked for Hanover Company in Boston and Swinerton in Dallas and Los Angeles. During this time, Zach delivered several complex and high-profile projects such as Peloton Interactive’s corporate campus expansion in Plano, Texas; Perla on Broadway, a new 700,000 SF, 35-story luxury condominium in Los Angeles; and the West Intermodal Transportation Facility (ITF-West) for Los Angeles International Airport.
Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tenn. and is OSHA certified.
