Signature Flight Support

Kaplan served as construction manager for two projects now owned by Signature Flight Support at Hanscom Field: an executive air terminal/fixed base of operations building for Raytheon/Beechcraft and a 36,000 SF hangar and 16,000 SF office building for Mercury Air Services. Both projects were overseen by Massport. The hangar, large enough to accommodate Gulfstream G-5’s, includes radiant heated floors, a snow melt system for the apron, and a 32,000 cubic foot underground tank for the fire suppression system.
