Kaplan Construction recently provided preconstruction and construction management services for the new 55,665 SF wood-framed, podium style building in Audubon Circle. The five-story complex houses 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 45 rental residential units featuring a mix of studios and one, one plus den, two, and three bedroom units. Six of the 45 units are designated affordable. Amenities include a fitness room, a meeting room, and a lounge with kitchenette facility for resident use. Kaplan also built a new below-grade garage, with a secured bike room, dog washing station, and space for 26 vehicles.
