Connor Lepore began his career with a hardscaping and excavation company, where he discovered his interest in construction. While pursuing his college degree, he was introduced to the commercial side of the industry and developed a particular interest in project phasing and forward planning.
Today, Connor is an assistant superintendent at Kaplan Construction, where he manages daily jobsite operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely and to the highest quality standards. With a passion for integrating technology into construction, Connor takes a forward-looking approach to the field. He applies modern tools to streamline workflow and improve accuracy on the jobsite and has been instrumental in leveraging AI-driven solutions to track progress and maintain comprehensive project records.
Connor earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Mass., and holds an OSHA 30 certification.
