Paul Pavao, LEED GA has worked for Kaplan Construction for over 30 years. Throughout his long career, Paul has amassed extensive construction knowledge that he applies to each project with quiet dedication. As a superintendent with a special interest in historic rehabilitations, Paul manages daily project progress and conditions; secures material and resources; supervises and evaluates subcontractor performance; assesses architectural plans for workability; and ensures a safe operating work environment. With a reputation for being responsive and dedicated to his clients’ success, Paul maintains many trusted relationships among his clients and colleagues.
Paul is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, holds a Construction Supervisors License (MA CSL), and is OSHA certified. He completed Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Site Technician Program and participated in the carpentry apprenticeship program of the Merit Shop Institute.
