William Slaney is Kaplan’s operations manager and brings to the company 22 years of experience in the construction industry. Bill previously worked at Turner Construction, where he served many roles including project controls/ scheduling manager, MEP engineer, field engineer, project superintendent, and most recently, general superintendent. As operations manager, Bill oversees all field operations, project schedules, site logistics plans, safety program, and quality control. With his diligent attention to detail and efficiency, Bill ensures the safety, organization, and productivity of Kaplan job sites all while keeping projects in line with the design intent.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and an Associates of Science in business management from Dean College in Franklin, Mass. He is a Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB).
