Erick Martinez is a Kaplan assistant superintendent whose responsibilities include the overall day-to-day handling of field-related activities; managing daily project progress and conditions; securing material and resources; helping to evaluate subcontractor performance; and ensuring a safe operating work environment. In addition to supervising the jobsite, Erick ensures that every project is safeguarded and progresses on schedule, and is dedicated to mitigating disruption on occupied job sites.
Erick has prior experience in both the field and office, having worked as an assistant project manager, project engineer, and estimator.
He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management. Erick holds a Construction Supervisors License (MA CSL) and is OSHA certified.
