Shaun Winner was introduced to construction at an early age while working alongside his father, a residential general contractor. What began as hands-on exposure has grown into a 21-year career defined by problem solving and continuous learning on complex projects.
Much of Shaun’s work has focused on the life sciences sector, where he has overseen the conversion of office buildings into laboratory facilities. These projects demand intricate mechanical coordination as well as structural and systems expertise – areas that have become central to his skillset. As a superintendent, Shaun is recognized for his problem solving skills and strong communication. He thrives on navigating the daily challenges that arise on a jobsite, developing solutions that keep projects on track, and keeping the team aligned with the overall plan.
Shaun earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and maintains a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and OSHA 30 certification.
