BOSTON – October 29, 2025 – Kaplan Construction a WBE general contractor and construction management firm providing comprehensive building programs across Greater Boston, announced it has been named one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts by The Women’s Edge, in partnership with the Boston Globe. The honorees were recognized during their annual celebratory breakfast event at Boston Marriott Copley Place on Friday, Oct. 24. Collectively, the 100 organizations honored generated $141 billion in total revenue and operating budgets, a record-breaking 13% increase over last year.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of The Women’s Edge, a Boston-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing women in leadership, creating the Top 100 list through a statewide nomination and review process of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. It also marks the 13th year of the organization’s collaboration with The Boston Globe. In addition to revenue or operating budget, the evaluation considered factors such as diversity of leadership, innovation, and community impact.
