Miltons – the Store for Men in Burlington, Mass. was featured in the July/August 2023 issue of VMSD Magazine (Visual Merchandising & Store Design).
Kaplan’s recent interior buildout for the clothing chain’s new location was showcased as a case study on ‘the importance of an engaging customer experience.’ Three distinct zones were constructed throughout the store and purposeful design choices were made to characterize each section, such as a wood slat ceiling above the cash wrap, a sculptural light fixture in the lounge area, and patterned wallcovering in the fitting rooms. The new retail location was designed by architecture firm Arrowstreet with an emphasis on the physical experience of clothes shopping.
