BOSTON – September 19, 2016 – Kaplan Construction, WBE general contractor and construction management firm providing comprehensive building programs across Greater Boston, announced today that Sean Lepore has been promoted to project manager.

His knowledge of the field and his talent with Building Information Modeling (BIM) are a real asset to Kaplan.”
Sean’s portfolio as a Kaplan superintendent includes renovations and restoration of Congregation Kehillath Israel; site improvements for athenahealth’s master plan expansion; fit-outs for Bright Horizons, Tufts Medical Center, and Genzyme Corporation; and the historic rehab and adaptive reuse of 2101 Washington Street, soon home to 30 apartment units with ground floor retail space. He is currently the project manager for the 73,000 sf interior renovation for 40 Berkeley, a popular hotel/hostel hybrid in Boston’s historic South End.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, holds a Construction Supervisors License (MA CSL), and is OSHA certified.
