Kaplan’s Jacqueline Maloney Spotlighted in NEREJ’s Ones to Watch “Rising Stars”

Project Manager Jacqueline Maloney was recently spotlighted in the New England Real Estate Journal’s Ones to Watch: Rising Stars edition, which recognizes up-and-coming “stand out” professionals from New England’s commercial real estate industry.

As project manager, Jacqueline oversees project documentation and correspondence, scheduling, procuring materials, awarding subcontracts during the buyout phase, and facilitating the flow of information from the design team to subs and vice versa. Her strong engineering background, attention to detail, and strong communication skills have proven to be instrumental to the Kaplan project management team.

Number of years at firm: 4

One thing on my bucket list: Skiing in Japan

When I am not working, I am: Skiing, golfing, discovering a new restaurant, or playing board and video games

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m incredibly proud of building Castle Island Brewery in South Boston. Located in the historic former Cole Hersee manufacturing facility, the 9,500 s/f brewery features a tasting room adorned with a custom mural and focal wall, retail area, and private event space. Our collaboration with the ownership team and design team resulted in a unique and vibrant final product. It has been very rewarding to create a lively space that brings the Boston community together over delicious food and drink.

  • Jacqueline is a rising star at Kaplan, bringing an analytical mindset to construction with her civil engineering and engineering management background (she’s also Kaplan’s resident “math whiz”). Her commitment to ethics is one of her best qualities, and she has demonstrated the highest standards of integrity and maturity during her young career.
